Ritchie Salkeld & Co LLP is in the final stage of negotiations with Blacktower Financial Management Ltd for acquisition and this is likely to happen shortly (estimated completion during May 2011).

Ritchie Salkeld has already been appointed to the Board of Blacktower and together with Blacktower’s Group Admin Director will be running the Company’s UK business.  He is already in place, presently on a part time basis.

Ritchie Salkeld would like to reassure all clients of Ritchie Salkeld & Co LLP that this is a very positive move for them too, as the enlarged Company is able to offer even more by way of service and advice, as well as ensuring the future of ongoing Independent Financial advice for the future.  For RSCo Clients little changes, and they will continue to be advised by Ritchie Salkeld personally, with help and support of the larger team.
Jane Woodard, Ritchie’s longstanding and longsuffering PA, will also be joining Blacktower Financial Management Ltd.
Clients will be individually and formally advised as the effective date approaches, together with any additional contact detail.
